U prvom dijelu rada daje se teorijska podloga vezana uz rokove pla\u0107anja i instrumente osiguranja pla\u0107anja, uz komparativni prikaz naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161tenih instrumenata osiguranja u Republici Hrvatskoj, Republici Sloveniji i Republici Srbiji.<\/p>\n<p>U nastavku rada slijedi detaljna analiza strategije upravljanja kreditnim rizikom u odabranom trgova\u010dkom dru\u0161tvu u Republici Hrvatskoj te njegovim povezanim dru\u0161tvima u Zagrebu, Ljubljani i Beogradu. U ovom se radu analizira implementacija modela radni\u010dkog dioni\u010darstva u hrvatskom kontekstu, s posebnim naglaskom na organizacijsku praksu i regulatorni okvir. Prikazani su rezultati studije slu\u010daja provedene u jednom velikom poduze\u0107u iz sektora robe \u0161iroke potro\u0161nje koje je uvelo takav model kao sastavni dio \u0161ireg programa nagra\u0111ivanja lojalnosti. Istra\u017eivanje provedeno me\u0111u \u010dlanovima menad\u017ementa i zaposlenicima pokazuje da se plan radni\u010dkog dioni\u010darstva percipira kao u\u010dinkovit alat za ja\u010danje motivacije, zadr\u017eavanje klju\u010dnih kadrova i unaprje\u0111enje organizacijske kulture. Dok menad\u017ement ovaj model vidi prvenstveno kao strate\u0161ki instrument upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, zaposlenici ga najvi\u0161e vrednuju zbog poreznih pogodnosti i mogu\u0107nosti financijske koristi. Ipak, rezultati ukazuju na to da je utjecaj radni\u010dkog dioni\u010darstva na uklju\u010divanje zaposlenika u procese odlu\u010divanja i dalje ograni\u010den. Zaklju\u010dno, rad nagla\u0161ava potrebu za integracijom radni\u010dkog dioni\u010darstva s praksama koje promi\u010du participaciju zaposlenika, transparentnost i sustavnu organizacijsku
